Doop dee doo...

Be with you in a second, just checking the Rhythm Foundation calendar. Oh! On October 24, a band called The Reflektors is playing. If you're not Pitbull, we've never heard of you (¡Dale!), but their photo does look familiar.

We could analyze the above band image for clues and wonder if the surviving face-melted Nazis from the end of Raiders of the Lost Ark finally put a bat mitzvah band together. But this one is pretty easy to figure out and not only because the Rhythm Foundation helpfully provided a video of Arcade Fire playing next to the concert listing.

Aside from that eerie, eerie coincidence, Arcade Fire has already released a promo single for the new album under the name The Reflektors. The venue makes sense, given that band co-founder Régine Chassagne is of Haitian descent and the band has done considerable fundraising for Haitian earthquake relief. This show is scheduled to benefit Big Night in Little Haiti, the monthly third Friday Haitian culture and music event.
