Black Friday. With Ketchy Shuby, Astari Nite, the Gooddamn Hustle, DJs Lorenzo, Kaos, Deadhead, and others. Being that today is Friday the 13th, things may get weirder than usual. Especially if Ketchy Shuby, Astari Nite, the Goodamn Hustle, GoGo dancers, and body painters are involved.

DigUnderRock 2.5 Year Anniversary. With Humbert, Shark Valley Sisters, the Jellyfish Brothers, Electric Piquete, the Astrokats, the Holstered, the Cost, and Psychedelic Jazz Practice. Friday, September 13, 9 p.m., Churchill's Pub, 5501 NE 2nd Ave., Miami; 305-757-1807; churchillspub.com. $7. DigUnderRock is celebrating its two-and-a-half year anniversary! Why the local music site would throw a celebratory bash on the most unlucky day of the year is beyond us. But if that's what it takes for the electrifying vibes of Electric Piquete to join with the rockin' tunes of Jellyfish Bros and other bands of the ilk, then we're down.

Free. Miatown is "Magical Melting Pot Music from Miami" that fuses elements of "cumbia, rock, reggae, rap, funk, son, ska, champeta, merengue, and salsa" to create that distinct Magic City sound. Celebrate the release of their album with Bachaco and Afro Kumbe, two-fifths of the members including Spam Allstars, Suenalo!, and Xperimento, that make up the music of Miatown.
