There's a lot of great stuff going down in Miami this weekend. But so much of it's so damn expensive.

Like y'all, we'd like to be able to go out and have a great time without having to spend an entire paycheck on covers charges, overpriced tickets, strippers, etc.

While it may seem increasingly difficult to do so in Miami, there is a hope. And by hope we mean places like Churchill's Pub, Purdy Lounge, and Sweat Records.

Check out the ten best things to do in Miami this weekend under $10.

Yage Mado and The Goose Presents: The Cost, Toad Eyes, and Honey Train. Friday, June 8, 10 p.m., The Goose, 3008 Grand Ave., Coconut Grove. $10. Since February, Goose Lounge has been serving up microbrews and killer wine to the UM crowd and Coconut Grove housewives. And this week, they're adding live music to the menu.

Luca Bacchetti and J. Philip. Friday, June 8, 11 p.m., Treehouse, 323 23rd St., Miami Beach. $10. There aren't many places on South Beach where you can catch a DJ of Luca Bacchetti's caliber for just $10.

Ghostly International Artists. Friday, June 8, 10 p.m., The Vagabond, 30 NE 14th St., Miami. Free before 11 p.m. Beacon brings pop melodies and R&B vocals peppered with synth waves and bass beats to The Vagabond this weekend.

Ketchy Shuby. Friday, June 8, 10 p.m., Purdy Lounge, 1811 Sunset Harbour Dr., Miami Beach. Downtown soul hits South Beach for a night of James Brown-inspired funk.

Biker Bash Featuring Rudy Gil. Friday, June 8, 6 p.m., Tobacco Road, 626 S. Miami Ave., Miami. Free before 9 p.m., $5 after. Three stages, motorcycles, and Miami freestyle ... Let's hope Tobacco Road never closes.

Blue Sky Drive & Hunter Altschul. Saturday, June 9, 8 p.m., Sweat Records, 5505 NE Second Ave., Miami. Free. With local bands seemingly moving to LA by the hour, it's important to support the ones that are still here.

SoundClash DJ Battle. Saturday, June 9, 6 p.m., Miami Art Museum, 101 W. Flagler St., Miami. $8 for non-members. "The Record: Contemporary Art and Vinyl," closes this weekend with a DJ battle. Long live vinyl.

Guerrilleros de Nadie Comeback Show. Saturday, June 9 at 9 p.m., Churchill's Pub, 5501 NE Second Ave., Miami. $5. Go get punked at Little Haiti's favorite pub by hardcore crew Guerilleros de Nadie's female screamer and a bunch of sweaty, shirtless dudes.

Jay Blues Band. Saturday, June 9, 10 p.m., Tobacco Road, 626 S. Miami Ave., Miami. $5. It's all about high-energy blues at the Road on Saturday night. Make sure to get there early, y'all.

HIP Sundays. Sunday, June 10, 10 p.m., Chalk Ping Pong & Billiards Lounge, 1234 Washington Ave., Miami Beach. Free. Open bar from 10 to 11 p.m. for hospitality industry folks and music for everyone; Sundays were made for Chalk.
