Please don't let us down.
We begged. And pleaded. But sadly, Solange Knowles (AKA Beyoncé's sis) is canceling her Art Basel Miami Beach week music series at Select Art Fair 2014.
However, Select organizers confirm that Solange will be unable to fulfill her #ABMB duties.

"Sadly, we had to postpone Solange's activation due to scheduling conflicts," a rep for Select Art Fair tells Crossfade. "This is a last-minute development."
No word on what exactly is preventing Ms. Knowles and her Saint Records crew from gracing Basel week with some free music.
But Solange did just get married to music video producer Alan Ferguson a couple of weeks ago. And if her Instagram accounts (@SolangeInspired and @SaintRecords) are reliable sources of intel, she may have chosen to continue enjoying her Brazilian honeymoon, rather than an #ABMB working weekend.
So... Congrats, Solange.
And sorry, Basel.
UPDATE We've gotten word that Ms. Knowles is actually in town for Basel week. But she's now scheduled for a show at The Surf Lodge Montauk at the Deauville Pool Deck Pop-Up on Thursday, December 4.
Unlike the Select music series, though, it's not free. "By invite only."
