Once again, SoBe's most illustrious megaclubs make the bank and the cut, placing among the top ten in Nightclub & Bar Media Group's 2015 list of the 100 Highest-Grossing Nightclubs, Bars, and Lounges in the U.S.

Meanwhile, downtown Miami party palace E11even, much as we predicted last year, also made an appearance on the list with an honorable mention.

It's almost as if history is repeating itself.

After all, LIV and Story managed to keep their places at 5th and 8th, earning between $40 to $45 million and $25 to $30 million, respectively.

Nightclub & Bar's Top 100 2014

1. XS Nightclub, Las Vegas - $103 to $105 million

2. Hakkasan, Las Vegas - $100 to $103 million

3. Marquee Nightclub, Las Vegas - $80 to $85 million

4. Tao LV, Las Vegas - $50 to $55 million

5. LIV, Miami - $40 to 45 million

6. Surrender Nigtclub, Las Vegas - $40 to $45 million

7. Lavo NY, New York - $30 to $35 million

8. Story, Miami - $25 to $30 million

9. Hyde Bellagio, Las Vegas - $25 to $30 million

10. Lavo LV, Las Vegas - $20 to $25 million

While Miami's mainstays kept the same place and earnings as last year, many of their Vegas counterparts saw decreasing sales -- though Sin City's XS Nightclub made about $10 million more and Hakkasan made a strong first-year showing.

The rest of Miami didn't fare quite so well. In 2014, our city had eight clubs representing. But this year, the list includes only seven: LIV, Story, the aforementioned E11even (honorable mention), Mango's Tropical Cafe (12th), Space (22nd), Dream (64th), and Shots (87th).

But Passion at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, did take 33rd.

Does that count?

Correction: An earlier version of this story noted that E11even, the downtown nightclub, finished 11th on the nightclub.com list. This is incorrect. The club earned an honorable mention because, according to a footnote, it has "not [been] open for full 12 months as required for Top 100 list, yet generated revenues YTD that deserve recognition."
