It seems Jay-Z has been up to more than smoking cigars and celebrating his marriage in Cuba. He's been busy penning and recording a serious dis track to all those haters who aren't happy to see the first couple of hip-hop chillin' so close to Castro.

His recent vacation to the island set some politicians on fire, especially when they heard Hova and Bey had the official OK from the U.S. Treasury Department.

But Jay doesn't take kindly to others meddling in his affairs. So he wrote this "Open Letter" over a new Timbaland- and Swizz Beats-produced joint, name-dropping the prez and telling everyone to basically go to hell.

UPDATE Pitbull has dropped a rap response to Jay-Z and Beyonce's Cuba visit, offering to pay for the trip.

UPDATE #2 Problem Kids have released "Useful Idiot" about Jay-Z: "The real cuba is not what he portrayed"

UPDATE #3 Obama has commented on Jay-Z and Beyonce in Cuba, saying: ""This is not something the White House was involved with. We've got better things to do."

"I done turned Havana to Atlanta," he begins after a sly, banging intro that captures the wrath of the American Gangster. "Ballin till they ban us/You gettin' too much bread, they try to jam you."

Jay throws shade right back at the haters, talking about how all his papers are legit. He's got close friends in high places, after all.

"Boy from the hood got White House clearance/Sorry y'all, I don't agree with y'all appearance/Politicians never did shit for me/Except lie, distort history/Wanna give me jail time and a fine/Fine, let me commit a real crime."

Hova then goes on to threaten drug trafficking and all that real trap shit before tying it back into freedom of speech and such. He certainly doesn't sound worried, but he makes it out like his homie in chief might be.

"Obama said, 'Chill, you gon' get me impeached'/But you don't need this shit anyway, chill with me on the beach."

Maybe Jay wants to get the Obamas out of the way so he can take over.

"Y'all almost want to start a revolution/You know whenever I'm threatened I start shooting."

Serious words over a killer beat. Seems like someone brought back some of that Cuban heat.
