For true house music aficionados, Chuck Love needs no introduction. For

going on two decades the long-standing scene veteran and

renaissance man has juggled the roles of disc jockey, video jockey,

multi-instrumentalist producer, vocalist, label head, and all-around

musical evangelist, spreading the joys of classic soulful house on

labels like OM and his own Love Network.

His live sets are incomparable,  multi-sensory affairs, involving a one-man orchestra of live

instrumentation, vocals, on-the-fly live electronics, DJing, and

interactive video, all to the rhythm of his high-energy, jazzy house beats.

Chuck Love will stop by the Electric Pickle for an exclusive

performance on Thursday night that is sure to summon all of Miami's

die-hard house lovers. Also on the bill is London-based DJ Brian Monaco,

whose legendary "Kitchen Party" international club nights have featured

top global underground talent, like Christian Martin, Giles Smith, Will

Saul, and Reboot.

And as if that wasn't a hefty enough serving of groovy house goodness on a Thursday night, local favorites Aladdin, Jason Wiggil, and John Corradi will also be throwing down in support of Chuck Love and Brian Monaco.

Chuck Love with Brian Monaco and Locals. Electric Pickle.Thursday, June 3. Friday, April 2, 10 p.m.-5 a.m. Electric Pickle. 2826 N. Miami Ave., Miami.
