By all accounts the last soirée at The Bunker on August 1st was an exceptionally groovy affair, due in no small part to a killer lineup featuring No Regular Play, Old Wives' Tale and Melting Mandarin, along with the sleek minimal sounds of PL0T residents Basti and Mansur. The Bunker gang now have a new batch of freshness brewing for this Saturday night and it's poised to be much more than just a dance party.

For those of you still unfamiliar with it, the Bunker is an art studio, thrift store, and ersatz event space that has recently become the hub for various interdisciplinary artistic contingents north of Wynwood, or as they like to call it, "East Bohemia".

"The Collage", now on its second run after a successful premiere in July, is probably the closest thing we'll get to a "happening" in Miami these days. No less than twenty individual artists, designers, stylists, performers, and DJs are involved in an eclectic performance lineup that kicks off on Saturday afternoon and will carry over well into the night, providing a seamless multimedia experience for the five senses.

This Saturday will be showcasing, among others, the indie electro grooves of Ray Milian and DJPJ of Off The Radar Music, along with hip hop collective Rebel Life Entertainment, DJs Kabe, Tacky Glue, and Flâneur, and the sensual neo soul stylings of singer Nia Devine. The thrift store will offer one of a kind vintage clothing, accessories, and original arts and crafts by local artists, including the work of Marcus Blake, owner of the Bunker. With it's no cover, no bullshit policy, and come-as-you-are debonair air, you could do alot worse on a Saturday evening than to hang out at the Bunker and take in all that "The Collage" will have to offer.

"The Collage" at The Bunker. Saturday, August 15. 261 NE 73 St., Miami FL.
Doors open at 4 p.m. No cover.
