The already completely insane lineup for the final edition of Death to the Sun fest -- Ricardo Guerrero's annual farewell-to-summer psychedelic rock blowout -- has become, if you can believe it, even more completely insane.

In addition to announcing the set times for the festival's three stages, Guerrero has also revealed a surprise headliner: Nate Young, founding member of Sub Pop-signed industrial noise outfit Wolf Eyes.

Earlier this year, the sound sculptor released the final part of his Regression trilogy. And the blogosphere has deemed the suite a "lethal" addition to the tradition of sonic abuse, encompassing freaks from British industrial innovators Throbbing Gristle to Japanese wall-of-sound noise icon Merzbow.

Young will be performing under the alias Subway. And his addition to the lineup is not only a testament to the festival's diverse open format, it's also completely fucking insane.
