Taking over Peacock Park on February 13 to 15, CGAF has partnered with Miami New Times for the second year in a row as the festival's musical curators. That, of course, means you'll be in for three days of tuneage guaranteed to make you party your arty little pants off.
“Each year, we like to introduce elements to our programming that can offer our festival patrons something engaging and different from their previous experience. Sometimes these new programs are so successful they become staples at CGAF,” Monty Trainer, president of the arts festival, told New Times last month. “The three-day series of live music curated by Miami New Times is definitely one of our attendees’ newest favorites!”

Coming all the way from the Big Apple is New York's London Souls. Described as a "reinterpretation of classic hard-hitting rock and roll," the NYC rockers will definitely fit in with the Magic City as they bring their slow and "Steady" beats to the Grove.
NOLA's the Nth Power – whose drummer, Nikki Glaspie worked as Beyoncé's percussionist for several years – will be bringing its jazzy funk to the Grove. With a new album — 2015's Abundance — under its belt, the jam band is pumped up and ready to make its CGAF debut.
Named after their great, great, great, great grandfather, Larkin Poe (and distant cousin of Edgar Allan Poe), the Atlanta-based duo — composed of sisters Rebecca and Megan Lovell — was voted Best Discovery of Glastonbury 2014 by England's The Observer. This year, though, they're hoping to be given the same title by New Times, but on a more local scale.
National acts aside, expect to see your fave Miami bands, including Latin Grammy-nominated
