That's just a lil' piece of practical Twitter advice from EDM meme megastar Baauer for any of y'all beat freaks planning to spend a whole night raving, raging, and "Harlem Shake"-ing.

Especially when he arrives to "ey, ey, ey, ey, shake, ta, ta" at Grand Central on May 18.

Now ...

If you've been living an absolutely Internet-less existence for the last four months, it's possible that you don't know WTF's going on when someone screams: "And do the Harlem Shake!"

But still, that's no excuse. Even weirdos without a reliable dial-up connection have been "Shake"-ing their shit for the last 60-something days. At the office. At family barbecues. At Florida hockey arenas. At the Rally's at 17th and Biscayne. At Ultra Music Festival.

Originally released in May 2012, "Harlem Shake" didn't go straight viral till a few months ago. That's when the fan vids became un-fucking-avoidable.

Soon, Billboard was inspired to factor YouTube views into its chart methodology.

And the track spent five weeks at the top of the Hot 100.

Of course, though, this 23-year-old trap star's been trying distance himself from his novelty track. Dude didn't even drop the motherfucker at SXSW. And he tried to hide the "Shake" in the middle of his Ultra set.

So Baauer wants y'all beat freaks to know that he isn't just a gimmicky "terrorista." And he'll prove it at GC in four weeks. "Ey, ey, ey, ey, shake, ta, ta."

Baauer. Presented by Poplife. Saturday, May 18. Grand Central, 697 N. Miami Ave., Miami. The party starts at 10 p.m. and tickets cost $15 to $20 plus fees via ticketfly.com. Ages 18 and up. Call 305-377-2277 or visit grandcentralmiami.com.
