What's the street value of Afrobeta's "pigeon mascot"?
Probably zilch. But that didn't stop some pathetic burglar from thieving Cuci Amador and Tony Smurphio's preciously plump and adorable columbidae charm from their car.
That's right ... Over the weekend, the band got robbed. And it wasn't just silly stuff, like the bird, that got stolen.

"On Sunday morning," the band writes in a message to fans and friends on its Facebook page, "one of our cars was burglarized on N Miami ave and 12 st."
Among Afrobeta's lost property: "A book bag with a lot of our musical gear/cables, our friends purse, another bag with our keyboard stand."
Saddest of all ... Even "our pigeon mascot [was] stolen."
Help Cuci and Tony get their stuff back. "Keep your eyes and ears open," the duo asks, "for a mackie 1202vlz3 mixer with a ton of stickers on it."
