My Ceviche brings in whole fish from local waters and prepares them on the premises — that's really what makes the ceviche and other items here better than those at most other seafood places. Whether you select shrimp, octopus, or the local fish du jour, and whether you go medium or large, and whether you choose traditional (lime, tomato, red onion, avocado, cilantro, and jalapeño) or ají amarillo (citrus juices, mint, and the piquant peppers), the ceviche is a winner. Also terrific is the bulky "Caribbean-style" burrito — a large flour tortilla tightly wrapped around grilled seafood of your choice with luscious coconut-jasmine rice, corn, cilantro, strands of pickled red onion, tomato, a bit of queso fresco, and a smooth dab of Mexican crema. Charred octopus tacos hit the spot too, as does a tasty and spicy mango slaw salad.
