Be prepared for the typical weekday lunch-rush line -- one so long it usually extends from a small counter crammed with teenage employees yelling "Next!" to two unshaded metal benches sitting in the middle of an outdoor courtyard. But don't let the line discourage you; it moves fast, getting made-to-order, foot-long grilled subs into the paws of the hungry before stomachs start to growl. A menu standout is the honey-mustard chicken, crammed with meat and vegetables and drenched in the shop's own sticky-sweet sauce that's sure to make any bear forget about measly honeycombs.
