Typical surfboard art might range from tiger stripes to spray-painted rock n roll hand signs, but the work on display this Tuesday at the World Erotic Art Museum will change what you think hanging ten is all about. Controversial artist Gregory de la Haba whose sculptural installation of taxidermic equines in the throes of passion shocked Art Basel Miami Beach crowds last year is back with Surfboards and Skateboards, a tantalizing exhibit of erotic images on the titular objects. Among the artists eight eye-popping pieces is a surfboard sporting a crimson background behind two pale lovers, one whose backside lies where your left heel should rest during a bitchin 360. From 11 a.m. to midnight, view de la Habas sea-inspired collection, as well as blowups of the notorious horse sculptures from Between Nothingness and Paradise. Admission is $15, and no one younger than 18 will be admitted.
