As part of the South Beach Comedy Festival, taking place on South Beach now through April 21, the smart, silly, sassy, and somewhat controversial Sarah Silverman will take the stage at the Fillmore Miami Beach on the highly appropriate date, 4/20. She may do some partying while she's in the 305 (you know, smoke a little grass), and she will definitely hang out with other comedians during her stay. But when the show's over, she'll be headed to Boca Raton to visit the parentals.
"I have so many friends who are gonna be there, I can't wait -- though I'm going to Boca right after the show with my parents. Gotta put some time in with the folks," says Silverman. "My dad says it's the least I can do since he had to change my diaper when I was a baby and literally wipe shit out of my ass. When will he stop holding that against me?"

Cultist: One of the most memorable stories in your book, The Bedwetter: Stories of Courage, Redemption, and Pee, involves you and Louis CK riding up and down an elevator in your apartment building naked. How much of that is true?
Sarah Silverman: Oh, that was one hundred percent true.
How do you stay so thin? Really.
Ha! I'm healthy. I love playing basketball and I can't believe I'm saying this, but have really taken to spin class. I'm a vegetarian, but eat cheese, and I eat chocolate or ice cream every night for good measure. I don't drink, but I'm an occasional stoner, so I have to exercise to counteract the munchies.
Have you ever been to Miami before? If so, anything you like to do or place you like to visit when you're here?
I've done shows in Miami, but haven't been there in a long time. I actually think the last time I was there was when I shot "I'm Fucking Matt Damon". The Delano hotel let us use all their rooms, bars, and lobby for a few hours, and we just ran through shooting as much as we could. I remember it was the end of October, because Matt had to be done by 11 a.m. sharp to go to his daughter's Halloween Pageant.
Wreck-It Ralph was phenomenal. Was performing G-rated material a big stretch? Do you plan on providing the voice for more animated characters?
I loved it. I love Vanellope and feel so honored to get to be her. She's like the daughter I totally forgot to have.
Name three comedians you'd hate to share a tour bus with, and three you'd love to ride with.
I love all comedians so you're not gonna get me on the first half of the question. Love to ride with - there are so many, but I'll say Kyle Dunnigan, Tig Notaro, Natasha Leggero.
Is there anything that you've said or done professionally that you regret?
I hope so.
What do you want written on your tombstone?
I want mine to be blank. Like the White Album.
