If, like us, you're one of the many people on this Earth for whom human laughter sounds like Satan's screams (a condition otherwise known as geliophobia), you'll want to stay home this Saturday. Why? Well, because the Royal Comedy Tour is gonna fill the James L. Knight Center with hee-hees and ha-has and ho-hos and that will be terrifying.
Beginning at 8 p.m., a quartet of famous comedians (AKA nightmare-bringers for you geliophobes) D. L. Hughley, Sommore, Bruce Bruce, and Don "D.C." Curry will raise hell and giggles. There will be jokes, improv, and tons of fearful crying. So heed this advice: When these so-called funny people take the stage, make sure you're at home, alone with a pair of noise-canceling headphones and a pleasant but boring audio book. It could save your sanity and maybe even your life
