The 5-time Arena Football League world champion Tampa Bay Storm is traveling from its West Coast home to hold an open tryout today at Sunview Park (1500 SW 42nd Ave., Fort Lauderdale) to scout players in all positions. Storm assistant head coach Dave Ewart is looking forward to the workout in South Florida. "There's lots of good football players down in [Fort] Lauderdale. We are trying to get more to come out because we are always looking for talent." Former Hurricane Leonard Myers recently signed with the Storm, and now you have your chance at a professional contract. The camp includes speed, agility, and position-specific drills, and will be scouted by coaches from other indoor football leagues and arenafootball2 teams.
