Miami loves its cars. Sure, it's a pain to get around town without one, but the obsession doesn't stop there. From restored vintage rides to ultra-luxe sports cars to busted old beaters sporting rims worth five times their value, South Florida car geeks wear their pride like a pair of fuzzy dice hanging from the rearview mirror.

And this weekend, Wynwood will serve as a mecca for all those who worship at the altar of auto. Nurotag, an event packed with cars, music, and art, takes over Soho Studios this Saturday.

Nurotag will showcase exotic import cars (think 2 Fast 2 Furious) as well as Euro, Sport, JDM, luxury and classic whips. In addition to these shiny supercharged toys, look out for Miami based graffiti artists, local DJs spinning hip-hop, models, and live art.

Hosted by Red Bull, and packing over 200 breeds of cars into one space, Nurotag will give even the biggest car enthusiasts a jolt from their lucid wet-dreams of hot-rod horniness.

But there's more to do at Nurotag than just gawk at sweet rides. Attendees can also help select the sexiest car on display by tweeting and Instagraming their favorite with its unique hashtag. The car(s) with the most hashtags wins, and will be announced on October 2nd on Nurotag's webpage.

There'll be plenty of vendors with free goodies, too, plus a raffle for a chance to win an original custom Honda Ruckus by Dorbyworks.

Nurotag takes place Saturday, September 29, from 1 to 6 p.m. Tickets cost $10 presale at nurotag.com and $15 at the door.
