There's no better time than now to save your shekels and use it instead to embark on all those amazing life changes you recently promised yourself. We want to help, so here's a bunch of free stuff to do this week.

Monday

Free boot camp classes at Tropical Park: Get your ass kicked by some tough and muscled veterans on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5 to 7 p.m. Ten-hut!

Tuesday

PAMM Under Construction at FIU Miami Beach Urban Studios: Check out a chronicle of the construction of Miami's downtown gem via stunning photography by Daniel Azoulay.

Wednesday

The French Horn at Lagniappe: Listen to tunes by Miami's eclectic conglomeration of musicians. From old school jazz to gypsy classics, theirs is a unique, international sound.

Thursday

We Could Be Heroes closing reception at Eleazer Delgado Studios: Don't miss your last chance to get a look at a unique exhibition that asked nine artists to express what it means to be a hero. Wine and cheese and cultural camaraderie.

African dance at the South Miami-Dade Cultural Arts Center: Instead of the usual yoga or spinning, jazz up your exercise routine with a little African dance action.
