You're probably already sold on Dwyane Wade's basketball skills. If you're a superfan, you may have also bought some accessories from his lines of ties and socks. Perhaps you've read his memoir, A Father First.
If you've done all those things and are still hungry for more #3, D-Wade has one more thing he'd like to sell you: a FOX sitcom based on his life.
ESPN reports that Fox has purchased Three The Hard Way, a tv series that tells the story of "Daryl Wade, who is an NBA superstar responsible for raising his two sons as a single parent."

The show is based on Wade's memoir, all the way down to the subtle unorthodox spelling of its star's first name. (You couldn't just go with Darryl, could you?)
If you haven't read Wade's book, this heartwarming description of the show will give you an idea of what to expect:
Wade and "his entourage of eccentric friends, find themselves parenting by committee, when he gets full custody of his two young sons. It's a recipe made for disaster, but no matter how misinformed, misguided, or unfit Team Wade may be, they have a trump card that can't lose. It's called love."
Aw. Love.
Wade pledged to ESPN that he'd be "very involved" in the production, though sadly he won't be starring. The cast has not yet been announced, but the show's writer will be Ben Watkins, former writer and co-executive producer on the USA series Burn Notice, which filmed in Miami for seven seasons.
In the meantime, Wade says, his show will put readers in mind of The Cosby Show. "I always take off from "The Cosby Show" kind of thing. They always told a lesson at the end of the day. There's always a story, and comedy in it as well."
That makes so much sense. We can totally imagine D-Wade rocking a Cosby sweater at his next press conference.
