SAT 8/14 Where's Ricky? Can you find him on the beach, or is he hanging out with Cheech? Can you spot him near the coach, or toking madly on a roach? Football is what they'll be playing when the Miami Dolphins host the Jacksonville Jaguars during preseason exhibition action on Saturday. But the real game for long-suffering 'Fins fans is wondering where their ex-favorite superstar running back Ricky Williams is hiding these days. Certainly not in an offensive backfield that just lost a 1500-yard rusher and whose greatest issue now is the underwhelming choice of quarterbacks Fiedler or Feeley. (Not to mention wide receiver David Boston's season-ending knee injury.) The great Heisman hope and prematurely retired Williams, last seen boarding a plane for Asia, cited the NFL's tough policy on ganja use as a factor for his early exit, among others, like possibly the use of his knees when he's 40. We say Ricky's not ready for Sans-a-Belt slacks and a condo in Boca just yet. Perhaps a doctor's 'script for unlimited supplies of medical marijuana, along with a training camp in Jamaica, might bring him back. Otherwise, learn to love this team -- they're what we got. Kickoff is at 7:30 p.m. at Pro Player Stadium, 2269 NW 199th St. Tickets $25-$78. Call 888-FINS-TIX. - John Anderson

Don't call them pee-wees

FRI 8/13 Driving, chipping, and putting. It's amazing to see a 4-year-old, who is most likely shorter than his wood, tee off with a beautifully arched 100-yard drive. It puts some of us to shame. But there are children who can do this. At the 25th Annual Palmetto Junior Golf Open, kids aged 3 to 12 will be facing off on greens and sand traps, driving ranges and water bunkers. Be prepared to be impressed. There is sure to be a Tiger Woods in the making. Tee-off time is 9:00 a.m. at Briar Bay Golf Course, 9373 SW 134th St. Admission is free. Call 305-235-1069. - Juan Carlos Rodriguez
