Hope Center and the Miami New Times are seeking nominations for the 2007 award recipients who will be honored during Hope Center's annual signature fundraiser.

During the 2nd annual signature fundraising event, Hope Center and the Miami New Times will honor 50 exceptional Miami singles who through personal innovation, leadership and community service, generously contribute to enhancing the quality of life in South Florida.

The award is open to adult men and women of all ages, races, cultures, religions, vocations, sexual orientations, and political affiliations. "There are many single people who generously and creatively share their time and talents to serve others and we want to acknowledge those frequently unsung heroes," explained Nadine Johnson, Hope Center CEO.

Partygoers will be treated to an exhilarating evening that celebrates hot new trends, unveils cutting-edge technology, and presents coveted awards honoring 50 of Miami's inspiring Savvy Singles.

Last year, Hope Center--a dynamic community that supports individuals with developmental disabilities in reaching their potential - and the Miami New Times presented the inaugural event to rave reviews.

Miami's 50 Savviest Singles Event, 2007 will be on Wednesday, Nov. 7 from 8-11 p.m. at The Fifth--South Beach's new nightlife palace--located at 1045 5th St. in Miami Beach. Tickets are $50 in advance, $75 at the door, and available by calling 305-545-7572 or by clicking here. This is a 21+ event.
