Lula Kebab House owners Sofia and David Shifrin are from Minsk (now the Republic of Belarus). Francisco Perez and his brother-in-law Moises, proprietors of Orale Taqueria Mexicana, hail from the town of La Reforma (about 10 hours from Oaxaca).
