Two-Year-Old Accidentally Killed By Father During "Boxing Lesson"

In today's roundup of horrible things: A toddler is dead after his father tells police that a boxing lesson went bad and neglected to call 911, another toddler is recovering from a gunshot wound, a mother is charged with beating her four kids with extension cords, and another Florida panther is struck by a car.

Two-year-olds generally need lessons in the alphabet, how to use the potty, and what animal says "moo." They do not, generally speaking, need boxing lessons. One Homestead father thought his toddler did, and now he's been arrested following the boy's death.

Lee Willie DeJesus, 25, has been charged with aggravated child abuse and child neglect following the death of his young son. DeJesus told police he punched his son 15 times during a "boxing lesson," and when the tot fell off a bed and hit a wall, DeJesus waited 30 minutes to call 911.
