More than a week after a traumatic Jet Ski accident near the MacArthur Causeway that left Sean Kingston in the trauma center at Jackson Memorial Hospital, TMZ reports that the "Beautiful Girls" singer is expected to make a full recovery and is even able to walk again on his own.

Kingston crashed his Jet Ski into a pillar of the bridge that connects Palm Island to the MacArthur, and was left throwing up blood in Biscayne Bay. An off-duty Coast Guard officer helped save the singer's life, and he was transported to the hospital. He arrived with water in his lungs, a broken jaw, and a fractured wrist.

"Sean is breathing on his own and walked for the first time this morning," an anonymous source tells TMZ.

Earlier reports have claimed that Kingston is now alert and awake following the accident and is expected to make a full recovery.
