Over The Weekend - 2 Live Crew, Ringo Starr and Armin van Buuren
The 4th of July weekend was a wet one, with sporadic downpours popping up at inconvenient times. Going to the beach was a gamble, as no one knew whether to bring sunblock or an umbrella. But it was the sudden storm right after sundown on the 4th that probably caused the biggest headache, seeing how fireworks and rain don't exactly mix. Eventually, the skies cleared up, long enough for it to sound like an air raid was happening outside my apartment.

4th of July IndepenDance with Armin van Buuren at the Surfcomber
Horror stories of a two-hour queue to get into Space's pool party was the major problem that plagued the event Friday. But once patrons made it inside, scantily clad women and hot beats awaited them. Check out both part 1 and part 2 of the slide show. And needless to say, it's a tad NSFW.
