Losing North Miami Mayoral Candidate "Endorsed by Jesus" Says Voters Picked Lucifer
Apparently Jesus doesn't have as much sway at the polls as you would have imagined. After trumpeting her supposed endorsement by Mr. Jesus H. Christ himself in campaign material, Anna Pierre still came in dead last out of seven candidates in yesterday's North Miami mayoral primary.
So she's responded by claiming that voters have picked Lucifer over Jesus.
After racking up only 56 votes last night despite a bizarre campaign that made headlines on national blogs, Pierre left a long winded, caps lock ridden rant on her campaign's Facebook page. Here's a few gems:
- The administration screwed me big time
- "NOT ONLY I AM COVERED UNDER THE BLOOD OF JESUS...I AM SWIMMING IN IT."
- NORTH MIAMI CHOSE "LUCIEFER" OVER JESUS.
- Keep my campaign flier as a souvenir. It might worth a lot one day.
Here's the full Facebook rant:
POST ELECTION DAY
The results are in. The administration screwed me big time.... They claimed I only have 56 votes - YOU CAN BELIEVE THEM IF YOU WANT - I know they are corrupted and some members of the current ADMINISTRATION were ready to do anything to have their protege elected to (perhaps) prevent their butt from going to jail in the near future. BUT I NEVER EXPECTED THEM TO GO THIS FAR. To this, I' ll make a correction - since I voted for myself also - I will say that I AM GIVEN ONLY 55 VOTES FROM ALL THE BALLOTS THAT WERE CAST FOR ME. Well, I am strong & I can take it. REMEMBER THAT I AM NOT ALONE. I AM A TRUE CHRISTIAN WOMAN. NOT ONLY I AM COVERED UNDER THE BLOOD OF JESUS...I AM SWIMMING IN IT. MY JESUS HAS CONTROL OVER MY LIFE & THE TITLE OF MAYOR DOESN'T DEFINE WHO I AM AS A PERSON. NORTH MIAMI CHOSE "LUCIEFER" OVER JESUS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TRUST & SUPPORT, YOUR FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY- YOUR PRAYERS ! I HAVE LOST A HARD FOUGHT BATTLE BUT NOT A WAR.
Marc 8:38 says:
For whoever is ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation, of him will the Son of Man also be ashamed when he comes in.
CONGRATULATIONS TO THE WINNER, MS. LUCIE TONDREAU
Have a blessed day !
Keep my campaign flier as a souvenir. It might worth a lot one day.
I also left you with this info from the bible.
Let me know if you recognize the number and if it meant anything to you.
1 We praise you, God,
we praise you, for your Name is near;
people tell of your wonderful deeds.
2 You say, "I choose the appointed time;
it is I who judge with equity.
3 When the earth and all its people quake,
it is I who hold its pillars firm.]
4 To the arrogant I say, 'Boast no more,'
and to the wicked, 'Do not lift up your horns.
5 Do not lift your horns against heaven;
do not speak so defiantly.'"
6 No one from the east or the west
or from the desert can exalt themselves.
7 It is God who judges:
He brings one down, he exalts another.
8 In the hand of the Lord is a cup
full of foaming wine mixed with spices;
he pours it out, and all the wicked of the earth
drink it down to its very dregs.
9 As for me, I will declare this forever;
I will sing praise to the God of Jacob,
10 who says, "I will cut off the horns of all the wicked,
but the horns of the righteous will be lifted up."

The beginning of the first comment on the post: "56 votes? LOL."
On related note, "MS. LUCIE TONDREAU" was not the out-and-out winner, as she failed to rack up over 50 percent of the vote. She will face former Mayor Kevin Burns in a run-off election.
