As of this morning it wasn't 100% certain that everyone's favorite failed VP candidate would be gracing the Republican Governor's Association Conference with her presence. Now it's official, Palin will make her first trip back to just about the lowest part of the Lower 48 since 46.1% of the country decided she would make a good Vice President.
Not only that, but she'll be greeted with superstar status, hold a press conference and deliver a speech before her peers. You betcha.
The RGA event is believed to be one of the first events where a) the party starts thinking about how to pull itself out of a ditch b) they start deciding which person to run as sacrifice candidates against Obama in 2012.
