Heat Swamped by Bulls: We Don't Even Know This Team
With Chris Andersen missing Thursday night's game against the Chicago Bulls due to personal reasons, and Dwyane Wade missing the game because of the flu, the Miami Heat decided to honor their fallen teammates by showing a sign of unity, and completely didn't show up.
If you missed the late night game, and are reading this at work to catch up on what happened, just go over to the copy machine, pull it on top of you, then yell "WHY DOESN'T KIRK HINRICH EVER MISS!??!?", it would be the quickest way to die.
Once again sending the message that they are totes OK with this being the Cooper Manning of Big Three era regular seasons, the Heat spotted the opponent an early double digit lead, made a late run, then eventually lost to the totally inferior, less talented opponent, this time the Bulls, 107-87.
Joakim Noah had 17 points and 15 rebounds, Carlos Boozer had 23 points and eight rebounds, and Luol Deng had 20 points and five rebounds in the win.
LeBron shot an uncharacteristic 7-17 from the field scoring 21 points, Chris Bosh had just 10 points and two rebounds, and the Heat were out rebounded 49-27.
I hate everything.
I told you the copy machine was the better, quicker option.
It really was the undisputed heavyweight champion of worst game shit efforts of the 2013 season for the Heat, just an all-around pathetic job. You would think at this point if there was any one team they would want to get up for, it would be the shit-talking Bulls.
It doesn't get any easier for the Heat, now 14-5. Miami plays at Minnesota Saturday and at Detroit Sunday, before heading to Indiana for the match up of the season against Pacers Tuesday.
We don't even know you right now. Miami Heat.
