Update: Over the weekend, Al Golden said he will stay at the University of Miami.

And here's the AP's Tim Reynolds perhaps explaining the confusion.
So a subscription site posts that Golden took the job at Penn State, then deletes the tweet.

But! At least one "subscription site" has posted Golden has been offered the job, but hasn't confirmed if he's accepted. That Tweet remains up.
