Last week, we saw Trick Daddy nearly lose his marbles on Facebook Live, but it's not all bad news for Miami hip-hop.

Check out the brighter side of South Florida rap and see what dropped this week that caught out attention.

5. Zoey Dollaz, “Port Au Prince.”

North Miami native Zoey Dollaz just dropped his highly anticipated mixtape, Port-Au-Prince. Hosted by Freebandz CEO Future, Zoey puts on for his heritage with numerous dedications to his people in Haiti with tracks like “For My People,” in which he spits bars in Creole. On the mixtape, Zoey calls on emcees like Lil Durk and K. Camp to come through too with verses over various instrumentals produced by STREETRUNNER, Nard & B, and Jahlil Beats.

4. Cashy Kesh Dolla featuring Bowman, “Family Tree.”

Cashy Kesh Dolla recently dropped off his new single “Family Tree” featuring Bowham. The South Miamian continues to pump new records following the release of his latest EP. Cashy linked with producers Roc & Mayne to keep it all in the family with his latest smoker’s anthem. The song comes a couple of weeks after he dropped Supply & Demand, which features five new tracks with production from DOEBOY, Kenanza, and more.

3. Ace Hood featuring Rick Ross, “Go Mode.”

Ace Hood is preparing the world for his next body of work due out this summer. We the Best’s seasoned rhymer follows the success of “Carried Away” and “4th Quarter” with his latest track with MMG boss Rick Ross. North Broward goes bumper-to-bumper with Carol City in their respective luxury cars in “Go Mode,” produced by the Mekanics and Frank Dukes. Keep an eye out for Hood's Starvation 5, which hits the internet July 11.

2. N3LL, “Cross Me Freestyle.”

Internet rapper N3LL is out of jail and back in the studio. After serving several months behind bars, the underground rapper vents his frustrations about the people in his life who double-crossed him before his arrest last year. The Carol City emcee strikes with sharp bars and a defensive flow, which proves he’s back to business as usual.

1. DJ Nailz and DJ Nasty, “Miami’s Most Wanted.”

Recently, "Dem Boyz" — AKA DJ Nailz and DJ Nasty of 99 JAMZ (WEDR-FM) — released their latest collaborative mixtape, Miami’s Most Wanted. Both DJs linked up with MyMixtapez to release their exclusive collection of tracks from Miami natives like Trick Daddy, Ball Greezy, Brisco, Trina, Kent Jones, Eskeerdo, and Zoey Dollaz. They also tap into Miami’s underground scene with appearances from Denzel Curry, Yung Simmie, Kodak Black, Khaotic, Miami Tip, and more. You can stream and download the mixtape here
