*MGMT's colossally anticipated second studio album, Congratulations, is already all over your favorite local torrent search engine. Experience it nice and loud at a listening party tonight at the Vagabond -- and then, of course, buy a copy at Sweat Records when it officially comes out on April 13. *Ice Cream's much heralded music and art party, Interstellar, has moved from its original venue to Sweat Records, and lost Glocca Morra from the lineup. No matter, though, because what it's also lost is its cover charge, and the party still rages on. Click here for full details. 

*Q American Barbeque is Jonathan Eismann's latest restaurant in his growing Design District empire. And while the barbecue here may be slightly dressed up, the atmosphere isn't buttoned-up.
