Arno Cost. Presented by Magic Circus. Friday, March 30, 11 p.m., Amnesia, 136 Collins Ave., Miami Beach. Visit amnesiamiami.com. You don't get 38,000-plus "fans" on Facebook by schlepping 'round a shit set of French dance tracks. You earn those diehards by going hard, yo.
