Christmas may be over, but that doesn't mean the presents have to come to an end.

And while you've likely blown all your cash on that Santa R2D2 yard ornament for your Star Wars obsessed brother or that cow figurine collection for your best friend, now is the time to treat yourself to a little after-X-Mas fun.

Miss Churchill's Beauty Pageant. With Dyslexic Postcards, Milk Spot, the Can't Stand Ya's, Brain Chips, Silver Spoon, and the beauty contestants. Friday, December 26, 9 p.m. Churchill's Pub, 5501 NE 2nd Ave., Miami; 305-757-1807; churchillspub.com. $5. Many will compete, but only one lovely, um, dude, will be named Miss Churchill's. Sure, it's a cutthroat competition, but with tuneage from the Dyslexic Postcards, Milk Spot, and the rest of the punks at the Little Haiti bar, everyone wins.
