Just check out the ten best things to do under $10 this weekend from hip-hop beats with Tony Touch at The Stage to free love at The Pickle to punk rock at Churchill's.

Not because of his killer hip-hop beats and smooth lyrical flow, but because the Surgeon General of Brooklyn, New York warns us that "the sounds [we're] about to hear will always be devastating to [our] ears."
