Justin Bieber Allegedly Assaults Paparazzo! Five Other Musicians Who've Slapped Photogs
There's a famous dicho Cubano that our grandmother used to say. And it goes, Dime con quién andas y te diré quién eres. Roughly translated, it means you are the company you keep.
And evidently, Justin Bieber's relationship with Floyd "Money" Mayweather has transformed the innocent 18-year-old pop star into a raging bull.
According to law enforcement, a "sort of physical altercation erupted" after a paparazzo tried to snap Justin's photo outside a Calabasas, California mall on Sunday. As TMZ reports, Bieber quickly left the scene of the alleged incident before cops arrived, and he's now suspected of criminal battery.
Of course, Bieber isn't the first musician to fight the paparazzi. Check out Crossfade's list of five others who've slapped photogs.
5. Axl Rose
Guns N' Roses' Axl Rose has got an enormous chip on his shoulder. Whether he's feuding with old bandmates, refusing induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, or walking through an airport, the 50-year-old rocker can snap at any time. And a few years ago, he did just that.
Rose was walking through Los Angeles International Airport when a photographer got much too close to someone in his entourage. "Touch her again, I'll break his fucking neck," he told the paparazzo. After members of Rose's party repeatedly asked the photog to back away, Axl finally lost his shit and sucker-punched the dude.
Welcome to the jungle, bitch.
4. Justin Timberlake
Homie's got a reputation for being one of the nicest dudes in the business. But even Justin Timberlake loses his cool sometimes.
In 2007, Timberlake and girlfriend Jessica Beil were walking into a Beverly Hills hotel when photographers ambushed them. All was well and good until one dude refused to move out of JT's way.
Naturally, the former N'Sync singer did what any self-respecting boy band member would do ... He slapped the guy.Next Page
