The January embarkation of the dance music cruise is just around the corner. (And it will uhntz-uhntz out to sea in February too.) But tonight, it's all about that pre-party madness.

The official bash pops off at Space with back-to-back headlining sets from Justin Martin, Dusky, Oliver, Shiba San, and others. But the real exciting stuff's gonna be downstairs at the Unofficial Pre-Party starring international #ShipFam DJs.

Holy Ship! 2015 Pre-Party Set Times

10 p.m. to 12 a.m. Sharam Jey b2b Shiba San

12 to 1:30 a.m. Justin Martin b2b Dusky

1:30 to 3 a.m. Gorgon City b2b Kidnap Kid

3 to 4:30 a.m. Alex Metric b2b Oliver

Meanwhile, Shippers will be letting loose on Space's ground floor to bangers dropped by these six #ShipFam-certified selectors...

Unknown Associates

Set time: 10 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Representing: Sydney, Australia

These guys are the backbone of Unknown Records, a label they run back in Straya. (That's Australian for Australia.) Expect funky, dark, booty-shaking beats.

Black Frames

Set time: 11 p.m. to 12 a.m.

Representing: Texas

This bro keeps his appearance mysterious and his sets 20,000 leagues under the sea. That means they're deep, btw.

Hot Pot

Set time: 12 p.m. to 1 a.m.

Representing: Boston

According to this dude's Facebook, he's a "scientist by day, G house Superhero at night." The story goes that he was trying to genetically modify the world's spiciest chili, but Doc Billy Brown accidentally turned himself into a "schezuan G house sound-spinning menace."

Dalg & Darb

Set time: 1 a.m. to 2 a.m.

Representing: Brisbane, Australia

Here's a duo from Down Under pushing the UK house sound in the Big Country. Time to get funky.

Subset

Set time: 2 a.m. to 3 a.m.

Representing: New York

Subset gets it, or at least that's what all the t-shirts say. He's the resident DJ for NYC's famous dance hang Webster Hall. He's also the curator of tonight's lineup. Groovy.

Star Falcon

Set time: 3 a.m. to 4 a.m.

Representing: New York

"hi, I'm alex, and I'm a bassaholic." That's what his Facebook says. Apparently, Alex is also on a strict lowercase-only diet. In any case, Star Falcon will take you on a funky house journey to the end of your night. If you last that long, you might as well stay up and hit the docks. Forget sleep! Bon voyage!
