"Whatcha gonna do when I fall out of love?" 'Cause "I ain't giving my love to you tonight." So "pack up your troubles and walk away."

Those are just a few of the lyrics running through Crazy P Soundsystem's tales of unrequited love, romantic dysfunction, and estrangement. Sometimes the subject matter is even darker, like on 2005's "Lady T," a song that touches on the subject of date rape.

No, these ain't no silly love songs. But they are most definitely killer dance songs, set to the infectious disco hooks and funky bass lines of Crazy P cofounders James Barron and Chris Todd. Add the sultry vocals and rambunctious stage antics of chanteuse Danielle Moore to the package, and Crazy P Soundsystem is one of the international house music scene's most refreshingly bold acts.

So if you missed Crazy P's unforgettable performances during WMC week, you won't want to sleep on the group's headlining gig at the Electric Pickle's Way Huge Art Walk Afterparty this Saturday.
