Miami New Times is proud to present Iron Fork The Iron Fork pre-event will showcase some of South Florida’s most popular chefs as they face off in a head to- head cooking competition that will be judged by local area celebrities. The MC of the evening will be Chef Allen Susser. The Chef challenge will be an invite only event catering to the movers and shakers in South.

 

Florida. The top two chefs will move on to the final competition at the main Iron Fork event. During the exciting cooking competition, guests will enjoy cocktails, live music, and food samplings.

 

New Times Iron Fork is the main tasting event that will take place in October. The center stage of this event will be the Chef Challenge Finals where the top two chefs will go head to head for the prestigious Iron Fork award. The chefs will receive a basket of ingredients and one secret ingredient. The winner will be announced that evening. During Iron Fork the attendees will enjoy the chef challenge, tastings from local restaurants, drinks, and live music.
