This cute, tiny, charming neighborhood café at the downtown Miami end of Coral Way presents something of a dilemma: Go for the pleasant, welcoming atmosphere, or never mind for food that rarely rises above the level of adequate. It's up to you. If you go, best bets are eggy Spanish tortilla and some of the finest tiramisu in town. Housemade tortelloni with four different fillings would be very good if not for thick, leathery pasta and so-called noisette butter that wasn't. Skip the tired caesar salad and insipid, watery cazuela española that tasted mostly of unreduced mushroom liquid and incredibly salty Spanish ham.
