Their cuisine offers a modern twist on classic seafood and a reprieve from the Miami heat in a sleek, yet comfortable dining room. The restaurant is known for their ice packed selection of hand-shucked cold water oysters, and also offer an assortment of hand-selected local produce, fresh cold-water fish brought in from Alaska, Organic Irish Salmon and Bronzini, Sardines from Spain, and other specialties from around the world.
