In the Biblical garden of Eden, we'd imagine the menu was mostly made up of vibrant veggies, succulent fruits and probably a slice or two of snake meat. So, the thinking behind brunches and dinners at Paradise Farms is pretty fitting. These seasonal eating events are a cornucopia of fresh, healthy, garden-grown deliciousness. Brunch is catered by Chef Julie Frans of the swanky Essensia, and dinners are crafted by a rotating roster of Miami's top chefs. While you'll have to make the trek to Homestead for the privilege of eating some of South Florida's best bounty - it's so worth the drive. Prices run $53 per adult for brunch, $165 for dinner (cocktail reception and farm tour included).
