Whether you call them tortillas or chapati or banh tranh, crêpes are the universal food delivery system, and you won't find any better than the ones at this stylish little Coral Gables eatery. The crêpes themselves, cut into tagliatelle-size strips, are quite good -- delicate yet substantial, with a mild nutty flavor and pleasing elasticity. But the fillings are even better, from a rich, savory Moroccan-style veal to a stunningly fresh, delicate seafood marinara. Pumpkin soup is good too, but a summery salad of shrimp, corn, avocado, tomatoes, and hearts of palm is even better. And a dessert crêpe filled with Cointreau-orange mousse in a sea of bittersweet chocolate sauce is the best of all.
