Make sure to ask for the small "Chinese" menu -- it yields authentic goodies like kung pao frog's legs and beef tripe with preserved mustard greens. Steamed whole flounders and Maine lobsters -- not to mention dishes like stir-fried rice noodles with seafood, stocked with shrimp, scallops, squid, and lobster -- are big enough for four to share, as is the terrific hot-and-sour soup. For dessert, mango pudding is an alternative to fortune cookies.
