This restaurant, his last project, reflects such creativity making it a popular destination among tourists and locals alike. Menu greats include a sliced, filet mignon wrap stuffed with squash, zucchini, onions, and mushrooms, and a pistachio-crusted sea bass slathered in red pepper coulis, lemon, garlic, and spinach, served over a bed of white rice. A diverse selection of thin-crust personal pizzas are enticing; a goat cheese, walnut, and arugula version drizzled in extra virgin olive oil is a crowd favorite. Aura also boasts a full bar. Like clockwork, regulars pile in on Thursday and Friday nights to cheer snazzy bartender Victor, a long-time staple, while he concocts ever fabu-fruity daiquiris and smashing chocolate and espresso martinis.
