Throughout the week, an array of artists, some of them alums of the YoungArts Foundation, take the stage inside the intimate seventh-floor space to do what they do best. There was long a plan to convert what was once the cafeteria of the iconic Bacardi building into an intimate performance space. Philadelphia restaurateur Stephen Starr was brought on board to help with an eclectic menu of bites that pair perfectly with a night of cocktails and music.
