This is Miami, and no matter how we might fight it, our collective culture involves beautiful women, expensive cars and high-priced cocktails. Try though we might to embrace the devil-may-care-dive-bar-artist-colony vibe, it's in our blood. So when you really want to revel in the quintissential South Beach experience, there's the Rose Bar at the Delano. In the lobby of the sleek hotel sits a rose-colored, chandelier-studded spot to see and be seen. Wear the Manolo Blahnik's. Your Louis Vuitton purse, too. Knockoffs are a no-no. Cocktails will run you around $20 a pop, but would you really expect anything less?
