Brand-new Brazilian bar Boteco is already building a reputation for a hip international crowd, groovy live samba and bossa nova bashes, and the yummiest yuca and beef croquettes this side of São Paulo, but today it will establish a new reputation. Thanks to the Boteco Mundo Mix , the cool new bar will become a craft-lovers mecca. Scheduled for every other Sunday, the bimonthly event will bring together artists, fashion designers, and other hands-on locals for a breezy outdoor fair. Owner Stefano Carniato describes it as “a healthy mess in Miami,” and from the looks of some of the participants’ wares, it’ll be a pretty mess too.
