Baptist Health Foundation will host The Grand Gala black-tie fundraiser on Saturday, November 12 on the campus of the event’s beneficiary, Miami Cancer Institute.
The most impactful fundraising initiative in the history of Baptist Health, all proceeds from The Grand Gala will support Miami Cancer Institute, the new destination cancer center that will be recognized for its leading clinical care, exceptional patient experience, advanced clinical research and state-of-the-art technology – including the first proton therapy center in South Florida, Latin America and the Caribbean. The 395,000-square-foot Cancer Institute will offer comprehensive clinical services, state-of-the-art technology and groundbreaking research and clinical trials enhanced by plans to join the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Alliance, a dynamic partnership that will enable cancer patients to access potential breakthrough therapies right here in South Florida.
